Freight Delivery Information
For orders of sufficient size and weight to require freight delivery, free delivery only applies to commercial addresses with a fork lift or loading dock. Additional charges apply for residential and/or lift gate services. Note, the table below does not apply to orders which are sent via small parcel with UPS, FedEx, or similar.
Commercial addresses are designated by our freight carrier partners as commercial sites. Usually, these addresses are zoned for business purposes, such as warehouses, storefronts, and offices.

Our patented system delivers a finely-tuned flow of soda media that you can control with the simple turn of dial. For heavy duty coatings or light staining on furniture, our system gives you fully control and ensures maximum effectiveness while minimizing soda use. Less Soda, Less Dust, More Savings.
How much capacity do you need? It depends upon the size of the nozzle you are using. When you are using a nozzle with a larger opening, you increase the flow of air and soda and have a larger "brush" to blast with.
CFM consumption will vary by blast nozzle and operating PSI of the compressor. You can refer to our CFM consumption guide for details.
Keep in mind the data on this guide does not take into account PSI and CFM loss due to necessary open valves to purge moisture on the air cooler and moisture separator. So, a best practice is to have a compressor that exceeds your requirements.
You will require an appropriately spec'd air cooler, moisture separator, air source, hose leads to connect the various components together, personal protective equipment (PPE) and soda blasting media. We can, of course, help you piece together any missing items along with blasting soda. For some, the cost of the compressor can be a concern, so you may rent the compressor at local tool rental locations as-needed for projects.
We offer comprehensive training. You can do your training in-person at any of our locations. Alternatively, we can provide remote training if travel is not possible.
How Does Our Soda Blasting System Work?
- Air Source Initiation: It all begins with a reliable air source.
- Cooling Process: The air is cooled to ambient or lower temperatures using a fan cooler.
- Moisture Separation: Next, the air passes through a moisture separator, eliminating any moisture that could cause the blasting soda to clump or clog.
- BB100 Blast Pot Integration: The cooled, dry air then enters the BB100 blast pot, where it seamlessly mixes with the blasting soda.
- Controlled Release: Upon activating the trigger, the valve at the blast pot’s base opens, releasing the air and soda mixture. You can easily control the flow rate with a simple dial at the top of the pot.
- Precision Blasting: This perfectly blended mixture travels through your blast hose and exits through your chosen nozzle, ensuring precision and efficiency in every blast.
