Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

  • 30-Day Policy: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an authorization for a return.

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them—unused, with all original tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • How to Start a Return (Mandatory): To begin a return, you must contact us first at help@sodaworks.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without a prior RMA will not be accepted.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES (IMPORTANT)

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the defect or damage with your email to help us quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • We do not accept returns for the following items: Perishable goods (e.g., soda media), custom or made-to-order products, hazardous materials, clearance items, or gift cards.

 

REFUNDS & FEES

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

  • Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

    • Exception: The restocking fee is waived if the return is due to a verified shipping error by Soda Works.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. This includes both separately listed shipping fees and the actual outbound freight costs incurred by Soda Works for any order that received "free" or inclusive shipping/delivery (e.g., delivered price quotes).

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Timeline: If approved, your refund (less all applicable fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after receipt of the returned items. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the funds.
