Joe Alexander started working in the automotive industry in 1961 at a time when a handshake and your word meant something. After working for several years as the owner of an auto body repair shop, he purchased a "soda "blaster" to expedite the paint removal process. It didn't take long for him to realize the concept was great, but the 1939 technology was lacking in performance and efficiency. After more than four years of development, Joe patented and immediately started manufacturing and selling a True Soda Blaster that is the only industrial soda blaster manufactured anywhere. He stands behind his product and has proven that service is the key to success. He believes today, as he did starting out, that your word and a handshake should mean something.
MADE IN THE USA
Because the Buster Blaster is the only true soda blaster, we are constantly building new Soda Blasting units to keep up with the demand. Watch out! If you are still using a multi-media pot or some disguised sandblaster, your competitors are buying true soda blasters which is giving them an edge over you. Can your business afford that?
We manufacture our Buster Blaster soda blasting pots in a state-of-the-art facility. To keep the highest level of quality and consistency we build our pots in batches of 20 or more. Each segment is made separately this way each can get the attention it deserves. There are the conical bottoms of our blasting pots. The conical bottom is the ONLY way to build a soda blaster. The soda flows better and more naturally. We marry the conical bottoms to the cylindrical body. And then put on the rounded cap. More work is done on the base of the Soda blasting pot where our patented, self-cleaning venturi valve does its magic. At some point our blaster bodies need handles and legs.
Finally the completed blasting pots are pressure tested. All of our blasting pots are pressure tested and certified. We want to be sure our blasting pots will last for years and provide the safest, and most efficient soda blasting experience possible.
